Copy pokemon
First save in front of a pc. Then Log on and change to an empty box. Deposit the pokemon you want to copy (up to five can be copyed at once) And Change your poke mon box When it says "saving do not turn off the power" Switch it off! This works 95% of the time! WARNING! Do not withdraw any pokemon if you do they will be lost!!!! This cheat if done properly will not glitch up your game. I recommend you practice with weak pokemon first! Hints:

Ampharos/Denryuu
If you want a Pokemon rumored to be a pre-evolution of Dratini (Ampharos/Denryuu), do not try to de-evolve Dratini. Instead, go to the route after Kickyou City towards the Connection Cave, and try to capture the electric sheep, Meripu. Let it grow to level 15. It will evolve into a pink sheep. Train it to level 30 to get Ampharos/Denryuu.

Change Normal Pokemon to Shining Pokemon in Gold & Silver:
If you want the full benefit of this code, use a Pokemon that can evolve. Otherwise, there will be some confusion with names and so forth.
First, place a flying pokemon that has been taught to FLY, as the first pokemon in your lineup, the "Golden Gyarados" as the sixth position, and the pokemon whose color is to be changed in the second position. After doing this, put all of the pokemon back into the PC except the first one. Next, take out the pokemon that was in the second position before, the one that will be changed. Enter the bug-catching contest that is near Kogane city. This is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. As soon as you enter it, exit right away. When the clerk asks you if you want to quit, make sure you say NO, which is always the lower answer. Now use your Flying Pokemon to FLY out of the contest. Store the pokemon that will be changed in a PC, then go back to the contest and say YES, the top answer, to complete the contest. Return to a PC, withdraw the pokemon, and check its status screen. The pokemon will be a different color, but it will have Gyarados's name. Grow the pokemon until it evolves. You may want to use Rare Candies if you have any. Now when you go into battle with the evolved form of the original pokemon, it will have a shining status.

Item Duplication:
Equip a pokemon with a strong item, such as a Master Ball. Put a pokemon with FLY in the first position of your lineup. Put a very bad pokemon, such as Rattata, in your second slot, and put the pokemon with the item to be duplicated in your sixth slot. Put all of the pokemon into a PC box except for the first one. Take out the second one. Enter the Bug Catching contest, but exit it as soon as you enter. When the clerk asks you if you want to leave, say NO which is always the bottom answer. Go back in and use the flying pokemon to leave the contest. Deposit the second pokemon back into a PC. Go back to the contest and say YES, which is always the top answer, to finish. Now check your status screen. Your second pokemon should be in your possession, and it will have the item you wanted to be duplicated attached to it. Take the item away from it, then throw the pokemon away. You may do this as many times as you want to get the items you need.

Turn any Pokeball into a Masterball:
Throw the ball. When it's in midair press Up + B both at the same time and then let go. Then when the ball opens wide to catch the pokemon press and hold A + B at the same time until the pokemon is caught. If it doesn't work try again and it'll work.

Multiply Pokemon:
In order to breed any pokemon you already have, just breed that pokémon with a Ditto. Since Ditto will breed anything, it's easy to get a level five version of any of your pokémon. Try this with Eevee or any of his evolutions to get all the Eevee evolutions!

Pokemon and Item Duplication:
There is a SEVERE WARNING before this code. If you make a mistake, you may lose the pokemon instead of duplicating it.
First, determine which pokemon you wish to clone. Make sure you don't have over 5 pokemon in your lineup. Any item that your pokemon is carrying when it is cloned will duplicate also. Put the pokemon you wish to clone in a box on a PC. Change boxes. As the game is saving, turn off the power. When you turn it back on, there should be two of the pokemon you wanted to clone.

Fight Pokemon Trainers Forever:
In Gold & Silver, there are some very special trainers. Some of these are the man near the entrance of "Ice Shortcut", a girl near the entrance of Victory Road in route 26, and a man on route 28. After defeating these people, say "Yes" to their question, and they will give you their phone number. Continue on your journey, and sometimes they will call you back for a rematch!

Rare Pokemon Trick:
When you come to a rare pokemon that you can only catch once, such as Usocky, Lugia, or Houou, go right next to the pokemon but do not press any buttons. Save your game immediately. Now fight the pokemon as usual. If you catch him, then don't worry, you don't need the code. If you lose, however, or you accidentally kill the pokemon, shut off the game without saving. When you turn it back on, you will be right in front of the pokemon and you have another chance to catch him. You can keep doing this until you finally capture it!

Save Time:
When you arrive in Enjyu City, head straight to the tower. Your rival will confront you there, but he will not fight you. This saves time because if you get the Gym Badge first and then go to the tower, your rival will fight you.

How to Get Ho-oH as Your First Pokemon:
Take 20 or more pokeballs then cut down any tree, now get to where the tree was and save your game. Then shut the game boy off. Then back on and find a Ditto in 3:00 minutes. Then save and shut off the game. Now start a new game and you got Ho-oH.

Clone Pokemon (Without a link or second gameboy):
Go to the pokemon Center. Open PC and deposit 2 desired pokemon. It MUST be 2 pokemon. No more. No less. Deposit these two pokemon in any box except box 6. Now go to box 6 and when your saving and it says not to turn off the power, turn it off. When you turn it back on, the two pokemon you deposited should be in your party. Those are the clones! The two original pokemon should be in the box you deposited! You can do this over and over. My friend got a bunch of L:95 Typhlosion!

How to Breed Pokemon:
First go to the daycare center with the old man and the old lady. ( I have only breeded the pokemon that are listed in the Game Faq). Give the male pokemon to the old man and the female to the old lady. This code takes a long time. Whenever you see the old man standing outside it means the pokemon made an egg. Its takes the same as when Togepi's egg hatched.

Bellosum/Kirehana
Give Gloom a Solar Stone and it will evolve into Bellosum/Kirehana. Note: You cannot evolve Bellosum/Kirehana into Vileploom.

Gold Gyarados
Go to the fourth gym and Surf right all the way. You will Surf in the water, where you should see a Gyarados. Battle it, and it will be golden.

Gold Magikarp
Breed the golden Gyarados with a regular Gyarados to get a golden Magikarp.

Ho-Oh/Hou-Hou (Gold version)
Go to the city with the fourth gym. Then, go inside the house with another house beside it. Climb up and enter the other big house. Climb up until you get to Ho-Oh/Hou-Hou.

Ho-Oh/Hou-Hou (Silver version)
Go to Pewter City and talk to the old man that walks around. He will give you a gold feather. Then, go to the place where Ho-Oh/Hou-Hou is located in the Gold version to find it.

Kingdra
Equip Seadra with the Symbol of King, and then trade it.

Lapras

Enter the cave in the second city and Surf. You should be able to see Lapras. Note: There is only one.

Lugia (Silver version)
Learn HM06 (Whirlpool) and go to the place where you received the fifth badge. Destroy a whirlpoor and enter the cave. Go through the maze and you will reach Lugia.

Lugia (Gold version)
Go to Pewter City and talk to the old man. He will give you a silver feather. Then, go to the place where Lugia is located in the Gold version to find it.

Muchuru
Breed Jynx with anything that has the same symbol while looking at your party to get Muchuru.

Pikachu
Transfer a Pikachu from Pokemon Yellow into the game. It should have an item directly translated to "Electric Ball". Equip it to any Pikachu, and its special attack will double.

Slowking
Equip Slowpoke with the Symbol of King, and then trade it.

Steelix/Haganal
Equip the Metal Coat on Onix and trade it to another Game Boy. It will evolve into Steelix/Haganal.

Three legendary dogs
Go to the city with the fourth gym and enter the big house. Break the rocks and fall down one of the holes to wake them up. Then, go outside and try to find them in the wild.

Togepi
Defeat the first gym and go into the Pokecenter. Talk to the scientist and he will give you a egg. After 5,000 steps, it will hatch into Togepi.

Tyrogue/Buruki
Go to the city with the fourth gym. Then, go inside the second cave, turn to the right and Surf. Go to the top and enter the other cave that is there. Make your way around the mazes and talk to the karate character that is there. Defeat him to get Tyrogue/Buruki. Note: Make sure you have an open space in your Pokemon holder.

Yadoking
Equip Symbol Of King on Slowpoke and trade it into another GameBoy. It will evolve into Yadoking.

Female Mr. Mime (Gold version)
Go to Saffron City before fighting Sabrina. Challenge Sabrina to discover that her Mr. Mime is female.

Enjyu City battle (Gold version)
When you go to Enjyu City, go to the tower and your rival will appear, but will not battle. However, if you first heal your Pokemon at the Pokecenter, defeat the Ghost Gym Leader, and then go to that tower, your rival will talk to you and fight.

Monorail ticket
Go to Saffron City and talk to the girl copycat. Fly to Vermilion City and talk to everyone in the house where you received the bike voucher. Someone will give you the Clefairy doll. Take it to the copycat to get the monorail ticket.

Metal Coat
Collect all eight badges, then talk to Professor Utigi (the person from the start of the game). He will give you the S.S. Anne ticket. Go to the city where the Gym Leader was first not there. Go inside the house at the shore, the person will let you go through, and you will be on the S.S. Anne. You will meet a man that wants you to find his daughter on the ship. You can find her with the captain. Return her to her father, then go back and talk to the captain to receive the Metal Coat.

King's Symbol
Go to the town where you had to rescue the Slowpokes from the Rockets. Enter the cave where you got the Slowpokes from the two Rockets. Use Strength and push the boulder, then Surf in the pond. Find the ladder, go to it, and Surf. Talk to everyone there in that part of the cave. Someone will give you the King's Symbol.

Annon Pokedex
First, solve the Kabuto puzzle, which you should know how to get to. The rest will require the HM for Surf, found in Enjyu City, TM 08 (Rock Breaker), and the HM for Strength. Surf down by the Ancient Ruins (below Kickyou City) and solve the puzzle there. The puzzles should be somewhat easy. Just put in the corner pieces first. Then, go to the Connection Cave. Walk around and find the Pokemaniac. If you have not defeated him, fight him. Then, Surf in the waters near him. You will have to return here twice. Break the rock you find, and solve the puzzle. Then return, move the boulder, and solve the last puzzle. Catch the different Annon, then exit the ruins. Talk to the scientist near the cave and he will give you a complimentary Annon Pokedex.

Anno'un Music
While in the Alpha Ruins southeast of Kikyou city go to the Pokegear option in the menu screen. Go to the radio option and on the fourteenth to the twentieth channel you can find a station Called ??????. That is the Ann'oun Music. It can only be heard at Alpha Ruins.

Infinite Nuts, Ant. Nuts, or Conf. Nuts

Go to the plant with the desired nut and take the nut. Call someone (it does not matter who), then take another nut. You can do this as many times as needed.

Breeding Pokemon
You cannot breed every type of Pokemon, although some are male or female (like Mewtwos). They still cannot be bred together.

Clone Pokemon
Put the Pokemon to be cloned in your group, then deposit it in box 5. Save your game. Go to box 6 and save the game again. In box 5 your group will now have the two Pokemon that were cloned.

Breed without the other half
You do not need another of the same Pokemon to breed. Get the Pokemon you want to breed and put it as male or female. Get Ditto, place it with the male or female, and let the breeding begin.

Items from Time Capsule Pokemon
When you use the Time Capsule to trade with the other Pokemon games, every Pokemon that comes from the Red, Blue, or Yellow versions will have an item equipped with them. Some will just have berries, but others have better things.

Defeating Ash
Create a Pokemon team with different types; Grass, Psychic, Devil, Fire, Water, and Steel recommended. Each Pokemon should be level 65 or higher. If not, make sure you have a large amount of Hyper Potions and Revives.
