Alternate Kasumi hair
At the character selection screen, highlight Kasumi, then press A to have her hair in a pony tail or X for a long hairstyle.
Ending credits
Successfully complete the game with all fighters to unlock an option to toggle the ending credits on the game settings screen.
Play as Ein
Successfully complete story mode with all characters. Then, play survival mode or time attack mode and get ranked and enter "EIN" as a name. Ein will now be playable in all modes except story mode.
Kasumi's 3rd costume
Successfully complete exercise mode in sparring mode to unlock Kasumi's schoolgirl costume.
Zack's 3rd costume
Defeat twenty opponents in survival mode to unlock Zack's silver bodysuit costume.
Ein's 3rd costume
Successfully complete time attack mode in under six minutes to unlock Ein's shirtless costume.
Theater mode
Successfully complete story mode with a character to unlock theater mode and the ending movie for the character you completed the game with.
Unlocking Costumes
Almost every character has an alternate color to one of their costumes and a few have a hidden costume. Here they are:
Kasumi:
Kasumi has different hairstyles depending on what button you press at the character select screen. For her normal ponytail press A, for a braided ponytail press X, and for her hair to be unbound, press Y. To unlock Kasumi's hidden costume, complete all the exercises with all the normal characters in Sparring Mode.
Hayabusa:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for the White "Shadowstorm" version of Hayabusa's ninja outfit.
Hitomi:
While selecting Costume 1, press X. Hitomi will take off her jacket to reveal her tanktop.
Zack:
To get Zack's hidden costume, get 20 wins in survival mode with Zack.
Brad Wong:
While select Costume 2, press X for a reddish version of his outfit.
Tina:
While selecting Costume 1, press X to see Tina where a green top and leopard print pants.
Bass:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for a shirtless Bass.
Leon:
While selecting Costume 1, press X for a shirtless, bandolier wearing Leon.
Bayman: While selecting Costume 1, press X for a blue beret, non-vest wearing Bayman
Jann Lee:
While selecting Costume 1, press X to see Jann Lee wearing black pants and yellow shoes. Also, while selecting Costume 2, press X for a yellow version of this kung fu outfit.
Lei Fang:
Lei Fang has three different versions of her Costume 1. For a white version press Y, for a blue version press X, and for a black version hold the L Trigger and press X, Y, or A.
Christie:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for a purple version of Christie's suit.
Helena:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for a black version of Helena's dress.
Hayate:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for a green version of Hayate's ninja outfit.
Ayane:
While selecting Costume 2, press X for a white version of Ayane's dress.
Ein:
To get Ein's hidden costume, finish Time Attack with Ein in under six minutes.
Unlocking Ein and Random Select
To unlock Ein from Dead Or Alive 2, finish Story Mode with every character. When the final credits roll, go into Survival Mode with Hayate and play so you can put your name in the rankings. While at the ranking screen, enter EIN. You will unlock Ein playable in every mode except Story Mode, and you'll also unlock a Random Character Select feature.
How to get Hayabusa's 3rd costume
get 2.000.000 points in survival mode.

Alternate snow stage appearance
Select versus or training mode and highlight the snow stage. Press X for a light snow, press Y for a blizzard, or press A for a random effect.
Beat Omega
When at the last stage against Omega and he stops shooting at you, get close to him and continuously punch him. Do not worry if he blocks -- eventually he will stop and you will knock him out.
Higher survival mode score
Collect as many items as possible. Another way to raise your score to live for a long time. You do not need to KO anyone -- if you look at the bottom left, you will notice that the score gets higher.
More survival mode items
A sneaky way to get more items is to attack them while they are on the ground. Some characters need different buttons. For example, with Tina and Bass press Up and (Black or X + A + B) or Down + A. This is a great method to get Zack's third costume, higher scores, and live longer (since the food heals you).
Easy survival mode
Choose single or team mode and two characters you are skilled with (Ayane and Kasumi recommended). When you start off, the first opponents are very easy to defeat. Once you get to about your seventh or eighth, it starts to get difficult. Always pick up the little icons that drop when they die. This brings up your health slightly. When the CPU opponent is on the ground, quickly press Down + Black as your second character (if playing in team attack mode). They will stomp on the opponent. Note: Sometimes the charter will miss due to the camera angle. When you stomp on the CPU opponent, an icon will appear from them. IF you are low on health, pick it up. When the CPU keeps attacking, grab their attack after the first hit. For example, when Zack keeps kicking you can grab his kick after the first hit if you are fast enough. If the CPU keeps switching characters, block and hit when you can, then quickly switch to your other characte. You can tell when they are going to switch by watching their health. Their first and second characters should be at the same amount of health. If one is lower, the CPU will recall the character with the lower health.
Theater mode
Successfully complete the game in story mode to unlock that fighter's entry in theater mode.
Ending credits
Successfully complete story mode with all fighters. An option to toggle the ending credits will be unlocked on the game settings screen.
Chest jiggle
Select multi-player mode and choose tag battle. Select any two characters for the player one then choose any character and Leifang for the player two. Pick any stage to fight in. Fight with Leifang only. When both battles are over. choose any characters at the character selection screen for player one, then a character for player two. Choose any girl character for the second choice for the player two and their chest will jiggle.
Nude women
There are three nude women in test tubes in the DOATEC HK stage. You cannot see anything because of the position they are in. To find these girls, look for the window opposite to the one that leads to the street. You should start out near that window. Use a powerful attack to push your opponent through the window. If done correctly, you should now be in a fog filled room. Two of the women will be on one side of the room while the other one is on the opposite side. If you push your opponent into the set of test tubes with one woman, she will stretch her arms and resume her original position.
